Dynamic Balancing™ facilitates the body into its natural state of mobile balance and flexibility.
Developed by Jason “Tito” Anders, the Dynamic Balancing approach since 1999:
- Osteopathic techniques
- Myofascial Release
- Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF)
- Muscle Energy Technique (MET)
- Thai massage
- Active & Passive stretching techniques
…into a powerful and effective alignment and flexibility bodywork system for people of all ages and all activity levels.
BENEFITS can INCLUDE:
- improved flexibility
- mobilization
- reduction of stress
- improved circulation
- greater focus
- repairing of old injuries
- reduction of chronic pain
- improved posture
…and a whole bunch of other cool stuff
…and just so you know, Tito doesn’t really use Swedish technique much anymore at all. In fact, patients are usually fully clothed during sessions. its more about mobilizing joints and areas that need attention rather than a standard massage that most people are familiar with.
