I have both a technical and human approach to my work, peppered with a good sense of humor and a secure and comfortable rapport with my clients. I have brought ancient Thai techniques together with modern sports massage and deep tissue work with phenomenal results!

“Dynamic Balancing” is what I call my bodywork style. My practice focuses on stretching, joint mobility, flexibility, postural balancing, resolving mobile pelvic and spinal dysfunctions, various forms of injury recovery, and treating computer related pathologies.

Designed developed and implemented a new massage therapy program for the college. Developed promotional materials for prospective students, developed curriculum, started a student massage clinic, all in accordance with state and national accreditation standards.

Adjunct Teacher/Instructor Ashmead College, Tigard, OR | September 2004 – March 2005
Instructor for all levels of massage theory and practice, Kinesiology. Teacher for massage 1, and massage 4, and Kinesiology 4.

Resident Therapist Hall St. Yoga, Beaverton, OR | Summer 2000 (6 months)
Bikram style yoga studio. During my tenure, I developed a Thai style routine/flow series that works specifically to compliment the Bikram Yoga method.
